Jesse Downhour - President
Founder of MOLDING TECHNOLOGIES
Responsible for control of engineering and operations 40 years manufacturing industry experience, with responsibilities in all aspects of manufacturing operations at various points in time. Prior to founding InnoTech/MOLDING TECHNOLOGIES, was VP of Sales & Engineering for Premix/Bailey Corp., where he was responsible for new product contracts, product design development, tooling design, and production methods. Darrell Hastings - COO
Responsible for strategic direction and financial performance. Joined MOLDING TECHNOLOGIES in July 2004. 40 years of manufacturing experience, with responsibilities in all aspects of manufacturing operations at various points in time. Prior to joining MOLDING TECHNOLOGIES, was Senior VP of GI Plastek LLC, where he was responsible for managing a multi-plant $50 million business unit. Angela Baumgartner - Controller
Responsible for all financial reporting and analysis. In addition, maintains systems and Human Resources. Joined MOLDING TECHNOLOGIES in July 2004. 11 years accounting and tax experience, with increasing levels of responsibilities, including auditor, financial systems consulting and support, and Director of Accounting. BSBA, Accounting, Ohio State University
Kip Downhour – Process Engineer
Experience: 10 years of manufacturing industry experience which includes working for T1 automotive supplier that serviced Generals Motors, Ford, Chrysler, and Honda.
• Program Launch Supervisor for the Cadillac XLR
• Extensive ISO and TS training
• Lean Manufacturing Coordinator
• Responsibilities: Implementation of work instructions, process control, auditing all processes, presses, and secondary equipment, and ergonomics .
• Capability studies, Time studies, Design Of Experiments, Production Methods
• New product launch: Tool design, Secondary design, Tool Trials, Research and Development.
Richard A. Grimm – Operations Manager
Responsible for plant manufacturing operations and Customer quality assurance. Combined total of twenty-two years experience in the fiberglass reinforced plastics molding industry with injection and compression molding presses ranging in size from 500 to 4500 ton. Served at various capacities within the industry during my career to include; Production Supervisor of high-volume molding, paint and assembly operations, Process Engineering Supervisor, Coatings Engineer and Engineering Manager. D.O.T. Certified Hazardous Materials Technician, Cleveland State University Certified Hazardous Materials Technician/First Responder. QS9000 Internal Auditor. American Society for Quality, Fundamentals of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing certification. 8-D Root Cause analysis training certification.
Donna Stephens - Manufacturing Quality Assurance and Materials Lab Technician
Responsible for raw materials and finished product quality conformance to specifications. Combined total of fifteen years experience in a manufacturing environment to include six years in the fiberglass reinforced plastics compression molding industry. Served at various capacities within the industry during my career to include; Press Operator, Assembler, Production Team Leader and internal/external Customer Liaison.
Jeff Cox - Manager of Materials, Acquisition and Planning
10 years experience in procurement of raw materials, sourcing and vendor relations in an MRP-driven enviornment. Over 21 total years experience in compression molding of thermoset and fiberglass reinforced plastics industry. Responsibilites have ranged from Quality Control (4 years), Production Control (17 years), Purchasing/MAP Mgr. (10 years), Customer Service & Sales, including inside and outside sales (9 years), Plant Manager (2 years) and Resin Formulating (4 years). Past experience also includes: Author of Supplier Quality manual; Co-Authored company Quality Manual; QS/ISO Qualified Auditor.
Dave Bradley - Maintenance, Tooling manager, MOLDING TECHNOLOGIES.
Responsible for all machine maintenance, Building maintenance and tooling for the manufacturing plant.
35 years experience in the maintenance field.
Associates degree in electronics. Worked in plastic and with presses 25 ton to 4500 ton.
Carol Rhea - 1st Shift Supervisor
Overall mfg. experience is 28 years. Have been Raw Materials Lab Tech, Supv. Resin Dept., QC Tech, QC Mgr., work with EPA, OSHA, Hazard Materials, Worker's Comp., safety (certificates in file) some process work and current position of production supervisor. Prior to entering the manufacturing industry I was Accounts Payable Supv. in Columbus, Oh.
